PhD student Kelsey Gray has been selected to receive the 2018 "Shooting Star Award" from the Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering Conference! As part of this award, Kelsey will give a talk (and poster) on her research at the 2018 CMBE Conference in Key Largo, FL, and she will also receive a complimentary conference registration and $500 travel award. At the conference, Kelsey will be presenting her work titled, "Electrodeposition of PEG-Hyaluronan-Gelatin Hydrogels to Spatiotemporally Control Cell Matrices for Mechanobiological Study."
Labmates Marina Shumakovich, Mary Doolin, and Becca Moriarty also had abstracts selected for poster presentations at the conference! The Stroka Lab will be representing at CMBE this year! Looking forward to it!
